Our focus is on simplifying the process of both image Pricing and Licencing.
We provide two types of image licencing options, being Royalty Free (RF) and Rights Managed (RM) and a pricing structure that reflects this.
The majority of our images are digital high resolution, this will be confirmed at the time of inquiry. All images within this site orginate from our own photography and are model released where applicable.
Our licencing works like this ...
Royalty Free (RF)
This licence provides you with unconditional authority over the successive use of the images in whatever media form you require for a once only purchase fee. The image / images are provided on a non exclusive use basis, meaning they remain marketable and available for purchase by other parties.
Royalty Free PRICE per image: AUD $25.00 (AUD $15 per image for purchase of 10 or more images).
Rights Managed (RM)
This licence provides you with exclusive use of the image / images, and by way of entering into a Rights Managed licence agreement you can be assured that the media you have purchased is for your exclusive use only and will not be released to any other party (for the duration of the licence agreement) giving you a unique marketing edge.
Some stock photo libraries will ask you for details of the intended use of the media and scope of use including size, placement, duration, publication numbers and geographic circulation.
We would rather recognise your interest in purchasing on a Rights Managed licence by offering a fee that is only reflected in the years you intend on licencing the image for, not based on the scope of the media use.
Rights Managed PRICE per image: AUD $125.00 per year up until a maximum purchase price of AUD $500 per image which then provides life time ownership of the image and associated exclusive use rights.
How it works
1. Email or call with reference to the image category and ID number.
2. The image / images size resolution will be confirmed and the current licence status.
3. Sample low res image / images will be emailed to you for comping / layout requirements as requested.
4. Once you have confirmed your intent to purchase and the type of licence you require by way of return email, a licence will be provided for your review and upon receipt of payment and a completed licence the image / images will be released in the agreed resolution with a tax receipt.
5. All prices are GST inclusive.
6. All purchases to be paid for by electronic bank transfer prior to release unless an account arrangement has been entered into.
7. Charitable /not for profit organisations entitled to free images subject to review of media requirements.
